Less-than-lethal force

At 9:17 p.m., officers responded to a burglary alarm and discovered a man jumping a fence on the property. A foot chase followed, and an officer caught up with Magee, leading to a fight, police said. More officers arrived and subdued him. At some point, Magee went into medical distress and died.
