Deputies responded to a 911 call concerning a disturbed individual at a residence. Once inside the residence, they encountered Taylor K.E. Tincher, armed with a handgun. Despite the deputies' orders to put down the firearm, Tincher allegedly refused and began advancing toward the deputies who shot and killed him.
