Tayler Rock's girlfriend told police he was driving with a suspended license with their nine month old daughter in the back of the car. An officer pulled Rock over, but Rock refused to cooperate. As the officer attempted to physically control Rock, Rock hit the accelerator pedal, the car lurched forward, and the officer shot and killed Rock to make him stop.
