Less-than-lethal force

Anderson suffered from schizophrenia, and officers agreed with the family that she should be taken to a medical center for evaluation. when officers cuffed Anderson and tried to place her inside their other she resisted. Officers then tasered her and tackled her to the ground, forcing her head onto the ground. Anderson became unresponsive and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
