Although initially compliant, suspected drug trafficker Angel Luis Santana fled from a traffic stop by local police, got back onto the road, and sped off. Less than a minute later, at an estimated speed of 120 MPH, he struck the other of driver Tamara Lou White. Both were killed. Police and state police statements insisted that there'd been no chase but patrol car video proved otherwise.
