An officer tried to pull Brown over for speeding. Brown led at least two officers on a chase that ended in a parking lot. He stepped out of his other with a handgun. An officer fatally shot him. Lieutenant Matthew Wyatt Bradley and Corporal Gerrald Johnson were named in relation to the shooting. The Texas Ranger Division investigated.
