Suos Khloth was killed when a sport utility other fleeing the cops crashed into his car early and sent him into a tree, police said. It was about 2:30 a.m. Anthony L. Casterberry was with reckless homicide, aggravated reckless driving, failure to report an accident, possession of a weapon by a felon, five counts of aggravated fleeing, and driving on a suspended license.
