Officers responded to reports of a domestic disturbance. Police were told that a man was chasing his father with a gun. Police arrived and the armed man, Steve Garcia, was there. The officers ordered Garcia to drop the gun, but he reportedly did not. Garcia allegedly pointed the revolver at the officers who shot and killed him.
