Stephen was gunned down on a Bronx street after he posed as a cop and then taunted police officers with a realistic toy gun. The officers repeatedly ordered Seignious to drop his weapon, but he refused, Instead, he took another step toward the officers, and they fired. He was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 10:13 a.
