Salsbury told 911 dispatchers police could find him at the Bass Pro Shops parking lot in downtown Oklahoma City. As federal agents and police were closing in, he shot himself to death. Salsbury was thought to be the man who robbed a bank and a grocery store in West Monroe, Louisiana, police said. During the grocery store robbery, Salsbury allegedly shot and killed a man.
