Skylar Williams, a 20-year-old student taken from a branch campus of Ohio State University and her suspected abductor, Ty'rell Pounds, 24, were killed after a police chase ended. Williams died after reportedly being shot by Pounds who in turn was shot by a Kentucky trooper.
