Officers were called about a suspicious person. "A complaint that an intoxicated male was stumbling around her residence, banging on her windows, trying to get into her, and her neighbors other," said Capt. Kevin Warych of the Green Bay Police Department. Officers spotted a other driving recklessly. The other initially stopped, then fled, and the driver was killed when he crashed into a tree.
