Shelby Gazaway was shot and killed by LMPD officers Patrick Norton and Alex Dugan around 6:20 p.m. in front of a Kroger where he had allegedly fired shots inside the store. When Gazaway exited the store he allegedly shot at officers with a handgun and was shot and killed.
