Deputies restrained LaRochelle to prevent her from throwing bricks at passing cars. LaRochelle resisted arrest, damaging the interior of deputies' patrol other, and had a heart attack. Paramedics took LaRochelle to Cypress-Fairbanks Hospital, where she died three days later.
