A caller phoned in to dispatch that there was a man at a liquor store armed with a rifle. Officers responded to the Great American Beer and found the man walking a few blocks away. The man allegedly began advancing toward officers and reportedly threatened an officer with the gun. The officers shot and killed Shannon Wright.
