The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said Selwyn Hall struggled with two officers called to the scene as a follow-up to an earlier domestic battery call. They both used Tasers on him, but the devices were not effective, police said. Hall allegedly gained control of one officer's Taser before Officer Ryan L. McGee fired eight times, killing him.
