Scott Farnsworth was seen acting erratically and waving a handgun near Broadway and Crismon roads. Police found Farnsworth near a 7-Eleven. Officers reportedly ordered him to drop the gun. Farnsworth allegedly raised the gun toward officers and was shot and killed.
