Sandra Holzshu was traveling east on East State Street, about 4 p.m., when she turned left into the path of a police cruiser, which reportedly had its lights activated. The police officer was westbound on East State Street going 50-55 mph in a 45 mph zone in response to a mutual aid standby request to maintain order during while city police were meeting with demonstrators protesting the death of George Floyd. Holzshu was killed.
