The driver of Honda Civic, Sandra Daniels, was killed after her car slammed into a city-owned Ford Fusion sedan and burst into flames. She was going the wrong way down Interstate 5 near the U.S.-Mexico border. The officers in the Fusion were a married couple, Officers Ryan Park, 32, and Jamie Huntley-Park, 33, and they were also killed.
