Police alleged that Samuel Frazier took a .22 rifle to a nearby auto shop and fired off a round in a confrontation with the owner, whom Frazier felt had ripped him off on a repair job. Frazier then barricaded himself in his home and taunted police that he would "take one of [them] with" him. Police shot and killed Samuel Frazier.
