Passenger SaKeyla Harris and driver Lionel Shoate were killed in a crash after a short police chase. At around 11 p.m., police stopped Shoate's SUV on suspicion of driving under the influence. He allegedly took off, then crashed into a concrete pillar and flipped several times, ejecting Harris and pinning Shoate inside the other. Both Harris and Shoate died at the scene.
