Ryan P. Walton, 19, was at a party in the supplemental room on the sixth floor of Beaver Hall when the university police showed up at about 11 p.m. and found "a significant amount of beer and liquor" in the room, police said. He fell about 55 feet from a sixth-floor window as he tried to climb out on sheets tied together.
