A black sport utility other driven by Marco Deovia Hollins ran a red light. An officer attempted to stop the SUV, but it sped off, police said. After a short pursuit, the other crashed into a residential retaining wall. Back seat passenger Ryan Keyon Williams was killed in the crash.
