A road rage incident turned into a shoot out when Russell Cooley shot at police 55 times with a high-powered rifle. One officer was hit in the arm. Cooley's girlfriend who was with him was shot in the leg. Cooley ran to his house, where he barricaded himself and shot and killed himself.
