Deadly force

Gallegos was denied entry to Susana's Place, a nightclub. He shot and wounded a security guard, then ran down Bellfort Street, shooting at oncoming traffic. Officer Glover drove a patrol other toward Gallegos. Gallegos shot at the other. Officer Glover stepped out of the other and shot Gallegos fatally in the back as he turned away to continue shooting into traffic. Officer Glover was awarded the Medal of Valor.
