Deadly force

Phoenix police received a call about a fight, possibly involving someone with a weapon. A few minutes later, a second call came in from that location reporting that a man with a gun had forced another man into a other. Officers in the area spotted the other and conducted a traffic stop in Glendale. Police said the suspect immediately fired at the officers. The passenger, Cossyleon, was shot and killed. The driver, Fernando Jaime, was to face murder charges. The owner of the bullet has not been disclosed.
