Around 7:30 p.m., police attempted to arrest Rory J. Behling on felony drug charge. Behling was armed and shot at the them. Deputies Justin Englund and Kyle Schoonover and Officer Seely Moe shot and killed Behling. Shooting ruled justified use of force.
