About 3:15 p.m., officers received reports about a man with a gun at Huntington City Beach. Ronnie Andrew Garcia reported held a weapon under a piece of clothing. Officers demanded he drop it. When Garcia failed to comply, officers shot and killed him in two volleys of gunfire.
