Ronald "Nano" Elizondo Jr., who was shot and killed by State Trooper Donald Hinote at a home. Police said the shooting happened while Elizondo was breaking into cars in the neighborhood. Video showed the off-duty trooper shot and killed the boy in the street as he fled after being caught in the man's other.
