Neighbor Ronald Delserro, 82, shot and killed Guy Alexander Hansman, 55, and his daughter, Harper Hansman, 11, at their home in a dispute over a dog. When police arrived on the scene, Delserro exchanged gunfire with them, wounding one officer.In turn Delserro was shot twice by police before turning the gun on himself and committing suicide.
