Henry J. Davis, 28, ran a stop sign and fled police, according to charges filed in Hennepin County District Court. Davis' car missed a turn at a T intersection and hit a tree, killing Roger J. Davis, 27, of Chicago. Henry Davis, who suffered two broken legs, is charged with fleeing a peace officer in a motor other resulting in injury or death. Police suspect that the car was involved in a shots-fired incident earlier that evening.
