Rodolpho Antonio Ruiz reportedly robbed a Circle K before attempting to rob a nearby liquor store. Ruiz ran from the store after the owners pulled their own guns out. Two officers eventually caught up to Ruiz and reportedly tried to get him to drop a gun. Ruiz allegedly refused to drop the weapon, and police shot and killed him.
