At Rest

Vehic/Purs
Traveling somewhere between 88 to 97 mph in a 45 mph zone at 3:15 a.m., without lights or siren, responding to a non-emergency situation, a local officer struck and killed pedestrian Ivey. The officer was charged and convicted of vehicular homicide, but after repeated appeals the charge was reduced to reckless driving, and the officer served a total of 40 days.
This record exists so that Robin Marie Ivey, and all who are named in this archive, are never reduced to a number.
