At 11:42 a.m., a person was pulled over for a traffic stop at Waynesburg and Arrow Roads. A policeman reportedly pulled the man from the other and slammed him hard against the other as the man's fiancee watched, then the policeman chased and shot the man in the back as the man fled by foot after resisting the handcuffs. Officer indicted for voluntary manslaughter.
