Officers Gregory Epley and David Poe tried to pull Woods over. Woods did not stop for several blocks. When he did, officers said that he appeared to put something up to his head. Officers handcuffed Woods and called for cover. Senior Corporal Patty Carter and Officer Carl Freeman responded. Woods began to seizure. He died on April 12 of cocaine intoxication.
