Neighbors called 911 about 8:15 p.m. to report a domestic dispute at a mobile home, police said. When the first deputy arrived, he reportedly saw Frady holding the gun on the woman through an open door, ordered him to put down the gun and shot and killed him when he allegedly failed to comply.
