Robert Manfred Bellfleur Sr. allegedly threatened his neighbors over their bear-hunting business. They called police. A deputy and two police officers encountered Bellfleur arguing with his neighbors on their porch. Told by officers he would be arrested for trespassing if he didn't go home, Bellfleur went home, where he turned the lights off and fired a shot. Bellfleur came out his front door brandishing a shotgun and an officer fatally shot Bellfleur.
