Deadly force

Deputies were dispatched to a home in regards to a woman asking for help and saying she was being threatened with a gun. Lyon was still inside the home. Over a speaker, police ordered him to come out of the home. Eventually, Lyon walked out armed with a shotgun. He then refused orders to disarm, and a deputy shot and killed him.
