Deadly force

Mills had a history of mental health issues and lived in a boarding-house. This evening something had upset him--he put all his clothes in a garbage can, and wouldn't come out of his room. His supportive uncle was called. Mills ended up attacking him with a knife, then violently resisted local police after they'd been called. He ended life naked, tasered, and shot four times in a hallway.
