Suicide
Deputies Jeremy Marcantel and Rex Evans responded to a disturbance involving Juneau. Juneau shot them both. They shot back at him and retreated to their patrol other. Baytown SWAT later found Juneau dead of what was characterized as self-inflicted gunshot wound. The Texas Ranger Division investigated. Juneau's family said that he was mentally ill and on medication after a construction accident that ended his career.
