Deadly force
Deceased was driving the wrong way on street, refused to pull over and was followed through several communities before crashing his truck into a pole. Then he backed into two police cars and shots were fired. He was found in the truck with a knife in his neck and was hit by 2 bullets. Coroner ruled death by gunshot. Police allege vehicular assault
