Deadly force

A 911 caller reported that a badly injured woman had asked for help before getting into a van. Deputies located the van and attempted to make a traffic stop. Richard Bahr sped away. As he neared a dead end, he allegedly turned the other and rammed the deputy's patrol car. The deputy exited the car, drew his weapon and approached Bahr's other, ordering him to stop. Bahr allegedly accelerated toward him. The deputy shot and killed Bahr. The officer was cleared of criminal wrongdoing.
