Deadly force
State troopers responding to O'Bert's trailer park on a domestic disturbance call told him he was being arrested. He was calm. But from that point accounts vary. In the police version he disappeared inside the trailer then motioned as if he had a gun. Witnesses described him as cooperative and plainly unarmed. The state settled a $100K wrongful death suit with the family.
