Deadly force
McCartor Jr. of Kent led police on a "slow-speed chase" around the East Hill. Police tried to corner his other in a McDonald's parking lot. As an officer leaned into the other trying to turn off the ignition, McCartor began driving away, dragging the officer. Another officer fired his service .223-caliber rifle, killing McCartor.
