Deadly force
Aubin, who had a significant criminal record, led state troopers on a high-speed chase north and south on Route 9 in upstate New York. After his other's tires were spiked, he fled into the woods on foot. According to the two state troopers, there was a physical struggle in which Aubin went for one of their weapons. They wouldn't say how many times he was shot, or where he was hit.
