Shot on the evening of January 3, 2026 on Artesh Street in Jafarabad, Kermanshah and sustained severe injuries that caused him to fall into a coma. Was admitted to the intensive care unit at Taleghani Hospital where he remained until he died on January 4, 2026. Following his death, the family was reportedly pressured by authorities and told to pay 800 million tomans to receive the brothers' bodies. As of January 5, 2026, the bodies had not been returned.
