Deputies were called to a property on Bellingrath Road around 2 p.m. for a disorderly conduct call. When deputies arrived, they began speaking to Rebecca Angel Alexander, who had a history of mental illness and was well known to the department. She got agitated and began firing at deputies from inside a trailer, and Deputy Russell Norgren shot and killed her.
