About 5:30 a.m., a state trooper saw Raymond Saenz on a 2016 Kawasaki ZX1 allegedly speeding. The trooper attempted to pull over the motorcycle, but it accelerated away. The motorcycle ran a red light and collided with a Chevrolet Cruze, killing Saenz.
