Police were pursuing Raymond Bosch Jr., of Effingham, who was driving a 2004 Silverado pickup truck westbound on Main Street. Bosch failed to maneuver a curve, entered a private lawn and struck the retaining wall. The other rolled and came to a rest on its top, killing Bosch, police said.
