Rawan Ala’ Sobhi Abu Al-Ouf was a 19-year-old resident of Gaza City. On May 16, 2021, she was killed when Israeli missiles struck residential buildings in the al-Wehda Street area, part of the Remal neighborhood. The bombardment destroyed multiple homes and nearby infrastructure, including roads, clinics, ministry buildings, and residential towers. Rawan was among several civilians killed in the attack, including her neighbors and relatives, as well as medical personnel such as Dr. Mo’een Ahmed Hasan al-‘Aloul.
